L'huître du saunier is an oyster farm located on the cycle path between La Couarde and Loix. On-site sales and tasting of our products.
When you're out walking or cycling, take time out for a gourmet break at the Cabane de l'huître du saunier, directly on your producer's marshes, to enjoy your oysters, shellfish and crustaceans overlooking the ocean and surrounded by marshes.
