A 13th-century vaulted cellar offers an exceptional selection of wines: Bordeaux, Chinon, Sancerre, Pouilly and other grape varieties are referenced to conquer lovers of fine wines.

A cocktail moment with "the Baronnie Cocktail

Ingredients:

Gin 2 cl
St Germain 1.5 cl
Genépi 1.5 cl
Pear juice 10 cl

Shaker method:
Shake Gin, St Germain and Genépi together.
Fill the glass with ice cubes, pour in the mixture and add the pear juice.
Serving recommendation:
Accompany this cocktail with a selection of charcuterie and cheeses, or foie gras.
