Jazz au Phare, 5 days of celebration in Saint-Clément des Baleines

Every August, the Jazz au Phare festival offers a varied program of jazz, blues, soul and funk in an exceptional setting, for five unforgettable days. Numerous artists perform on the large stage at the foot of the Phare des Baleines for the duration of an evening.
As the concerts take place in the evening, a magical atmosphere is created at dusk, with the illuminated lighthouse as a backdrop.

Musique en Ré, the classical music rendez-vous

Between late July and early August, the Musique en Ré festival criss-crosses the island for two weeks, with free open-air concerts, symphony concerts in churches and concerts for young audiences.
Great musicians, soloists and conductors, will delight locals and tourists alike with the beauty and majesty of the works performed in a pleasant, relaxed setting, while enjoying the unique ambiance of the Ile de Ré.

Festival Ré-Majeur, the All Saints’ Day event

Another long-standing festival on the Ile de Ré is the Festival Ré-Majeur. It takes place during the All Saints’ vacation period. 4 days of classical, baroque and contemporary concerts.
Every year, the festival concocts a quality program with renowned artists, open to all audiences!
