I choose my bike carefully (size, maximum speed, stability, etc.).
I check my equipment before setting off (helmet, lights, bell, vest, etc.).
I prefer cycle paths (and on the Ile de Ré, this is almost always possible!).
I keep to a straight line and follow the rules of the road, paying close attention to signs and signals.
I pay particular attention to intersections
