Once you’ve crossed the bridge, head to your accommodation to drop off your belongings and discover the village where you’ll be staying. Stop off at the tourist information office for information, entertainment and tourist brochures. And don’t forget to visit a bike rental company to make sure you’re fully equipped for your stay. Day 2

Local markets, cycling and water sports

What better way to start your day and your stay than with a visit to the local farmers’ markets? From fruit and vegetables to oysters, seafood and cheeses, you’ll find everything you need to delight your senses. From Rivedoux to La Couarde, via Sainte-Marie, La Flotte, le Bois-Plage and Saint-Martin, local markets are real places to meet and share.

Afternoon
Discover the island of Ré by bike, thanks to its 138km of cycle paths. Join us on one of the beaches at Le Bois-Plage or La Couarde for some thrilling water sports. Enjoy a memorable moment with friends before relaxing over a seaside aperitif and a gourmet dinner.
If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, there are plenty of land-based activities too: tennis, guided excursions, biodiversity discovery, horseback riding… There’s something for everyone!

Day 3

From the history of Ré to the sea

Morning
The island of Ré has a strong history and traditions that have endured over time. Take a guided tour through the streets of Saint-Martin or one of the island’s museums to discover all its secrets. If you’re looking for something a little more fun, there are plenty of escape games to try out in teams as you wander the village streets.

Afternoon
After a morning rich in heritage, it’s time to clear your head and let yourself go. What better way to do this than to head out to sea on a catamaran? We’ve got a range of options to suit all tastes, so you can enjoy an iodized afternoon with your friends. Finish the day in style with a visit to one of the oyster huts in the Retagne region, where you can sample oysters and other succulent shellfish.

Day 4

Last gourmet day and discovery of the Phare des Baleines lighthouse

Morning
End this memorable holiday with a visit to the Phare des Baleines, with its 257-step ascent to enjoy a panoramic view of the Ile de Ré and its two inlets. The north of the island is distinguished by its hectares of salt marshes, so don’t hesitate to cycle through them to enjoy a mosaic of unique landscapes.

Afternoon
The island of Ré is renowned for its many productive lands. From salt to wine, oyster farming to beekeeping, our producers are talented and eager to share their passion with visitors. Depending on your tastes, you can visit vineyards, salt marshes or an oyster farm. Take the opportunity to pack your favorite local products.
