When should I take out my bin?

Collection schedules by village

Collection days and times vary from village to village.

How do I sort my waste?

To help you sort your waste, here’s a reminder of what you need to do.

    • Household waste

This is non-recyclable waste left over after sorting packaging or depositing it at a waste collection center.

Packaged in black bags, household waste should be deposited in your green-lidded container or in the underground columns for household waste.

    • Recyclable packaging

Plastic packaging (bottles, flasks, tubes, bags and film), metal (cans, aerosols, trays) and cardboard, including small steel or aluminum packaging (caps, pods, lids).

      • Empty but do not wash your packaging.
      • Crush your packaging, but don’t nest it together.
    • The glass

Your glass waste is to be deposited in bulk in the underground columns for glass.

Find the nearest voluntary collection point.

    • Paper

      Bulk paper in underground columns.

Find your nearest voluntary drop-off point.

    • Organic waste

Your organic waste must be deposited in your composter, distributed free of charge by the Communauté de communes.
