La Cabane des Sauniers

The Coopérative des Sauniers de l'île de Ré groups together 70 salt producers and employs over 20 people year-round.

At the Cabane des Sauniers in Ars-en-Ré, on route de la Prée, opposite the Cooperative, you'll find all the flavours of the Ile de Ré: the essential ranges of salt from the Sauniers de l'île de Ré (Gros sel, Fleur de sel, sel fin, sels aux aromates) as well as other local products.
