In a beautiful workshop, Isabelle passes on the recipes she has acquired over a lifetime of cooking and travelling. There, she shares her love of good food and her tricks of the trade to bring out the best in top-quality produce (always in season and local whenever possible), in a convivial and gourmet atmosphere.

After working in the wine industry and then working as a chef with Alain Passard, this daughter of a winegrower set up her own culinary workshop on the Ile de Ré.
