DEALER D'IODE will take you on a tractor tour of our oyster farms for the duration of a tide to show you what we do on a daily basis.
On this tour, we'll tell you all about our oysters and how they evolve over the seasons and in the four corners of our superb island.
Departing from our oyster hut in Rivedoux-Plage, we'll take you to our oyster beds just a few metres from the Ile de Ré bridge. While you're there, I'll explain how our days go, how our oysters progress from farm to farm, and...
