Welcome to Champ des Sables, a permaculture orchard created in 2018 in Loix. This course will introduce you to the main principles of permaculture, particularly as they relate to gardening, vegetable gardening and the planting of fruit trees and shrubs.
It's ideal for beginners who might one day want to start a vegetable garden or a forest garden.
We will alternate theory and practice, to learn about living soil techniques and the cycle of life from seed to harvest.
