Aoré is an organic seaweed producer based on the Ile de Ré, offering innovative products such as tartars, shortbread and seaweed-based herbal teas.
The wild seaweed is harvested from the foreshore of the beaches on the Ile de Ré. These magnificent beaches are protected from pollution by marine currents such as the Gulf Stream and an environment that has always been protected from cultivation and urbanisation.
