Compulsory equipment: slippers or water shoes.
Depending on your sensitivity, additional clothing recommended:
-from April to September: lycra and leggings.
- from October to March 2mm combination (even 4mm, hood and liner for the very cold months of December January February)
All levels accepted because groups are limited to 8 maximum
Every coachs ar also physiotherapists
